SwissSEM China Technology Corporation, founded in September 2019, located in Jiashan County, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province, is a wholly foreign-owned enterprise invested and established by Saijing Group. It is a high-tech enterprise focusing on the production and manufacture of IGBT modules.
IGBT, known as insulated gate bipolar transistor, is the core device in the semiconductor field and the "CPU" in the field of electrical equipment. It plays a vital role in smart grid, rail transit, new energy vehicles, new energy power generation, frequency conversion and energy saving, and has a broad market space.
At the beginning of 2019, SIJING Group started IGBT R&D and production project, and established SwissSEM Technologies AG and SwissSEM China Technology Corporation, among which,SwissSEM company is responsible for the R&D and design of IGBT chip, and SwissSEM China Technology Corporation is responsible for the manufacturing of IGBT module.
